Base service fee

Our service fee is one percentage of payroll (EOR) or contract value (COR). The calculator above adjusts for country-specific rates, employer contributions, and volume discounts.

What's not in the rate

Currency conversion

+0.5% on FX-converted payments. Applies only when the payment currency differs from the contract currency.

Security deposit

One-time deposit equal to one month of average payroll. Refunded at termination.

Self-Service

Platform access, automated workflows, asynchronous support. For teams who want to drive their own onboarding pace.

Assisted

Self-Service plus a named operator who reviews each onboarding step and flags issues before they become problems.

Pricing FAQ

What's the security deposit and when do I get it back?

A one-time deposit equal to one month of average payroll. Held against unpaid amounts during the engagement and refunded in full at termination, after the final settlement is complete.

Are there any platform or setup fees?

No. The percentage of payroll or contract value is the only recurring fee. Setup is included.

How does the volume tier work — across the team or per employee?

Per employee for EOR (based on each employee's monthly gross payroll) and per contract for COR. Tiers are evaluated monthly so a salary increase or scope expansion automatically applies the next tier.
