COR FAQs

Which countries do you cover for COR?

We currently support contractor engagements across Russia and the CIS, with expansion to UAE-based contractors in progress. The full list mirrors EOR coverage.

How do you handle misclassification risk?

We use contract structures, scope-of-work patterns, and ongoing review cadences designed to keep contractor relationships independent under each country's labor law — including 422-FZ in Russia.

Can a contractor later become an employee?

Yes. We can convert a COR engagement into an EOR employment with continuity of work history. Note Russia's 422-FZ rule: a self-employed contractor cannot become an employee of the same company within 2 years.

What if my contractor wants to invoice in a different currency than I want to pay in?

We handle the conversion. Invoices and payments can be in different currencies; the FX surcharge of 0.5% applies on the converted side.

Have a contractor relationship to set up?

Tell us about the engagement — countries, scope, currency. We'll come back with a written proposal within 2 business days.
